Our firm was originally formed in 1982 in Dusseldorf. In 1995 we opened our office in Berlin. We offer a complete range of services as accountants, tax advisors and business consultants. This includes services in the fields of financial and cost accounting, tax compliance and tax planning, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

Our close alliance with the law firm Buse, Herberer, Fromm, with offices in Berlin, Essen, Frankfurt, and Munich, and foreign representative offices in Brussels, London, Milan, New York, Palma de Mallorca, Paris, Sydney, and Zurich, enables us to extend our services to national and international legal advice in the core of business law.

On a local basis we generally serve medium-sized businesses dominated by the owner-entrepreneur and charities. Further serving subsidiaries of large foreign parent companies led to a particular expertise in international accounting and tax matters.
