AGB is an audit and consulting firm, that began its activity in 1989 as a result of the initiative of three tax and mercantile consulting firms. Nowadays, the group has 7 partners and 65 professionals, all of them economists and/or lawyers. The professionals of AGB have the big experience in audit and consulting needed to meet the specific necessities of our clients, and have led the company into the group of the main national audit firms.

As a part of our objective of integral assistance to the companies, which we consider very important in the increasing complexity of the legal and competitive environment, AGB gives its professional services in the following areas: accounting audit services, companies valuation, merger and acquisition projects, income producing programs, financial consulting, business analysis, viability plans, organization analysis, administrative procedures and expert studies for trials.

AGB is also associated in Spain with some professional firms which are specialized in legal, tax and mercantile consulting.
