AUDIT EIDOS BERLIN is a firm of accountants and tax advisors with an international profile.
Eidos is taken from the Greek language and means the form, the essence of things. With this we want to express that we are at the service of our clients by identifying the essential. Only if we recognise the essential when forming the questions and finding the answers, can we achieve appropriate solutions.
Considering business, tax and legal aspects, we provide comprehensive solutions from one source. Our main fields of activity are auditing, tax advice, accountancy and business advice.
For clients coming from abroad, we give support for their commitments in Germany. We advise on the formation of branch offices, establishments and subsidiaries with respect to legal and tax aspects, considering international tax matters in particular. We are familiar with international accounting and auditing standards and we audit subsidiaries of foreign corporations. We produce written reports in English and in French.
Our partner Dr. Goetz Martius is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, USA. For that reason the hospitality industry is one important field of our activity.
