Our firm was originally formed in 1982 in Dusseldorf. In 1995 we opened our office in Berlin.

We offer a complete range of services as accountants, tax advisors and business consultants. This includes services in the fields of financial and cost accounting, tax compliance and tax planning, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Our close alliance with the law firm BUSE HEBERER FROM KRAATZ MASLING enables us to extend our services to legal advice in the core of business law.

On a local basis we generally serve medium-sized businesses dominated by the owner-entrepreneur. Further having subsidiaries of foreign parent companies among our clientele led to a particular expertise in international accounting and tax matters.
