Dawson & Gerbic is a full-service public accounting firm which focuses on providing traditional tax and financial statement services to recurring clients as well as providing sophisticated tax planning, insolvency, business valuation, litigation support and other quantitative advisory services on a consulting basis.

We emphasize maintaining a close professional, and frequently personal, relationship with owners and key personnel of each recurring client organization. And, for all of our clients, we strive to go beyond the mechanics of preparing our initial work product. We attempt to apply all of our specialized skills in analyzing data which we acquire about clients' operations, in order to identify opportunities for them outside of the scope of our specific engagement.

To ensure that our various specialized services are of the highest possible quality, we require all of our personnel to participate in substantial formal education and specialized certification programs. Our senior people are pursuing, or already hold, graduate degrees in economics, law and taxation, and one of our partners is an adjunct law school professor.
