Nick Florio, Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP
Nick provides high-end business consulting and financial advice to a variety of closely-held private businesses. He is an audit and accounting partner with extensive experience in service businesses, and offers advice and counsel in the areas of business valuations, business consulting and analysis and helps clients with strategic corporate organization, as well as business and tax planning. He also heads up the firm's Quality Control committee.
Nick is also a member of the New York State Society of CPAs and is the past chairman of the Large- and Medium-Sized Firms Practice Management Committee of the organization. He also lectures extensively on various tax and business topics and is a frequent invited speaker on the financial aspects of running service businesses.
Nick serves as Chairman of Premier International Associates.

Marc Voulters, Sedley Richard Laurence Voulters
Having first worked with one of the "Big 4" International Accountancy Firms, then with two large National Firms in the UK, Marc initiated the formation of Premier International Associates on joining Sedley Richard Laurence Voulters in 1996, with co-founders, Citrin Cooperman.
Marc has spearheaded the strategic growth of Premier, being personally responsible for much of the recruitment of members, and the development of our conference program.
Marc has a substantial portfolio of clients, many of them having cross-border requirements. He heads the Audit and Corporate Finance departments of Sedley Richard Laurence Voulters and specialises in the hospitality and leisure industry, but covers a wide range of business sectors.
Marc serves as President of Premier International Associates.
